Remember Mandy Charlton Photography’s call out for “a totally, like, loved up couple” on this here wedding blog a couple of weeks ago?  Well, Brides Up North does like to help out my friends in the industry and I only went and found her exactly what she was looking for!

Step forward Brides Up North reader Stacey and her man Chris, who got in touch with Mandy via the blog to take part in her fun new concept shoot.  Mandy wanted to create a set of images reminiscent of the strip comics in teenage magazines of the 1980s.  Boy, did she do a good job!

Mandy says: “I think I may be onto something new and unique here! I’m chuffed to bits!”  I couldn’t agree more.  A very cool take on an engagement or couple’s shoot, which mixes humour, nostalgia and some awesome photography.  Brides Up North adores these images and is thrilled to share them today.
