Jenny of Jenny & Keith McAvoy Wedding Photographers sent Brides Up North a corker of a Real Wedding to share with you this morning.  What really makes this set of photographs stand out to me as a wedding blogger is the people in them – whether it’s the cheeky children or the excited bride, weddings are first and foremost about people.  The one that you love, and all the ones you hold dear.

Jenny explains:  This is Sarah and Tom from Aughton in Orskirk, where they both grew up.  The couple got married at the church of St Michael’s in Aughton, with a reception at Farrington Lodge, a Grade II listed Georgian House in Lancashire.

The newly weds have now moved to Greater Manchester where Sarah is a teacher and Tom is a
doctor.
