WIN! Three Personal Training Sessions With Motive 8 North! (CLOSED)

October 11th, 2011 | Julia Braime

.

So, I have a little something to share with you all this afternoon.  I’m feeling super proud of myself having lost 15 inches all over (and a dress size!) so far on the Brides Up North Bootcamp plan with Jenny Cromack of Motive 8 North.

.

Did you see hear that?  15 inches all over!  Whoop whoop!

.

A whole year of juggling life as a lawyer and a had quite visibly taken it’s toll – very (very) late nights at my computer plus very bad food as a result of having little time to prepare food or cook properly had left me feeling bloated and sluggish, with bad skin and lank hair too.  Not the most attractive newlywed then!  But fast forward six weeks and it’s been really hard work, but I am feeling fit and fabulous right now and very happy in my own skin, which I think is the main thing.  Big smiles all round.  Ms Cromack is fun, fabulous and has got me back on the right track.  I actually love her a little bit.

.

If you would like to follow the weekly Brides Up North Bootcamp plan you will find all the info you need right here, including an exercise plan, hints and tips, all the exercises explained and the weekly programmes set out for you.  You’ll also be able to have a gander at my progress!

.

For those of you already following the plan, drop me a line julia@bridesupnorth.co.uk and let me know how you are getting on too!

.

For those of you who would like to have a go, but haven’t quite found the motivation yet (and believe me, I know that feeling), I have a special giveaway for you today!  Whether the stress of wedding planning alongside your normal life has taken it’s toll on your fitness regime, or you just need a bit of a kick up the backside, this one is for you…

I am getting married in June 2012 and my fitness regime has suffered a bit of a setback. I had glandular fever a few months ago and so my healthy eating plan and exercise routine has gone out of the window! Please help me to get my motivation back!

Having just celebrated my 2 year wedding anniversary in September I am facing up to the fact that the one and bit stone I ‘found’ on our New Zealand/Aussie honeymoon is still there. A sneaky try on of the wedding dress proves I won’t be having a trash the dress shoot anytime soon! We travel back to Oz on boxing day to visit friends…I need a good kick start so I don’t spend all my time on the beach hiding under a tent-esq dress this time!

Your fitness plan looks amazing! ive tried fitting some exercise in but with two children (4 yr old and 1 yr old) and a wedding in April fast approaching my time is very limited! I would love a motivational training session to set me off on my goal to look my best for my big day (please!)

I am due to be married May 2012. I had a fairly decent exercise plan in place, but unfortunately I had a bad fall a few months ago, broke my ankle and had to have an operation!!so my exercise plan went out of the window!! I really need some motivation from you to help me get that confidence back and back to a healthy way of living and hopefully lose some of the weight I have put on!x

And she’s always, always, got a new project on the go…
