They actually got married in the US and had a celebration and blessing In the UK at Tynemouth Priory followed by a reception at Crusoe’s cafe and Tynemouth Longsands beach.

An incredibly fun and easy going wedding with lots of sunshine. The American men LOVED the fact they were drinking one of America’s best selling beers – Newcastle Brown Ale – from the source!

I think this is my favourite wedding… Ever! And when I think why, you can see it’s ALL about the LOVE. The couple have it in bucket loads. So happy, in the moment…. just breathtakingly beautiful.
Thank you Brides Up North for posting this. Tomorrow I’m going to grab my gorgeous man by the hand and take him for a stroll on the beach and tip my toes in the water….. It’s Friday, I’m in love! x
I came across these beautiful pictures whilst trying to find out if and how I can have my wedding ceremony at Priory castle, Tynemouth. Does anyone know if this couple held the ceremony at the castle , like the pictures lead me to believe or was this just set up for the photography? And if so, how they went about making this happen as I have been told that it is not allowed. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has been my perfect wedding venue since childhood, please please please help!!!!
