How gorgeous! And how romantic to own a vintage lacy & pearl garter, it’s like something out of a Jane Austen! (Or a Jilly Cooper!)

The garter is so classy and pretty! I love that it’s not huge and it looks really comfortable (a must for garters, in my opinion).

I have recently got engaged and am about to embark on planning my wedding. If this popped through my letterbox I would be completely giddy with excitement because it would be the first thing to make my wedding day become a reality!

While I am happily married, I have a dear friend of mine who is newly engaged and planning a vintage inspired wedding of her own. I would love to gift this to her, as I know it would suite her perfectly!

I would love to wear this at my wedding because my whole life I have loved anything vintage. I live in a tiny cottage and it is decorated with all antique vintage decor. My dream wedding, if all goes as planned will be in a vintage, floral, romantic setting!

Silver sixpence is a great local business, whose owner puts 100% into it.
She not only designs great vintage inspired garters but spends her own time
showing ladies how to make their own hair pieces. Showing
That she has passion and flare. The garters are amazing and brings out the
vintage glamour and femininity of days gone by and lets women embrace it
on what is the most happy and exciting days of their life.
Plus, it would look amazing with my lace vintage inspired dress for my wedding
    in September! :-)

This is amazingly beautiful. Sadly I have spent all my wedding budget on the location and accommodations for my family and guests. Would be wonderful to have something so special just for me.

I’d love to win this beautiful garter! Pearls is a strong theme throughout my bridal outfit because my something old will be a beautiful pearl necklace left to me by an old friend when I was young that I always knew I’d wear on my wedding day.
My dress has pearls throughout it’s design and this weekend I even managed to attempt my first ever wire and beadwork to make my own beautiful pearl tiara (http://pinterest.com/pinkbatgirl/tiara-design-inspiration/).
This garter would be the absolute cherry on the cake for my pearl inspired look!
