This morning I am waking up in the smoke yet again (cough!), after an evening mixing with the wedding industry’s finest at The Wedding Industry Awards.  I wore vintage Cacharel (get me!), drank cocktails, schmoozed a bit, caught up with some of my favourite industry friends and stayed up late (too late).  As you read this, I’m heading back Up North – where the heart is – to take a break from my high heels and get stuck into an exciting new project for Brides Up North that has me just a little bit giddy.  More info shortly.

Many of my brides were torn between wanting a birdcage veil but not wanting it over their faces as they danced the night away, so I created a collection based around this and gave them headpieces with detachable veils.
