Goodness, we are getting gorgeous this afternoon on the wedding blog!  One of my very favourite independent Northern bridal designers (I love a wisp of silk and lace, and this lady is a specialist) LovebySusie Bridal has launched a new bridal headwear collection.

The collection, which includes silk tulle full length and waist length veils beautifully finished with delicate seed beads and lace trims, Juliet cap styles in vintage design lace and truly lovely lace hairbands, hand beaded with pearls and Swarovski crystals, is dreamy.  See for yourselves, and just try to resist.

I use some beautiful vintage lace pieces for limited edition designs, but I have also taken traditional Leavers Lace still produced in Nottingham today which uses designs and lace making techniques that go as far back as the 18th Century.  I combine the lace with the highest quality silk tulles and delicate hand beading to produce timeless, elegant wedding veils and hair accessories that are truly unique.
