A bit of a treat for you this morning on the wedding blog, with a very special Real Wedding on Concorde (!) sent to me by Brides Up North Featured Supplier Phil Drinkwater Photography.
.
Phil was the second shooter on this wedding, but the lead photographer and the bride and groom have kindly given their permission for his images to be shared with us today.

Just wow.

Phil says: James and Ria were married on 7th January 2012 at the Concorde Hanger at Manchester Airport. With a background aircraft outside, their own special journey on board was a truly unique experience. No one having been able to sit in those iconic leather chairs before made their day very unique and they were the first couple to have their wedding outside of Concorde itself underneath the fuselage which allowed their guests to be very much part of the ceremony. The celebrations were truly multi cultural, with Asian and Welsh guests and a Scottish bagpiper.
