Happy Friday! Let’s get the first real weekend of spring off to a beautiful start, with this graceful styled bridal shoot from my friends at Belle Bridal Magazine, captured by Brides Up North Featured Supplier Lee Scullion, with Wild Brides At Heart dresses (all Ian Stuart), shot on location at the beautiful “French chateau” that is The Bowes Museum, where room hire starts from £850.
Teri at Belle Bridal Magazine says: The combination of amazing dresses by Ian Stuart with the unique wedding location of the Bowes Museum was just something we had to capture with help from Lee Scullion. You will even see that the iconic Silver Swan at Bowes Museum makes an appearance in the shoot.
Teri says: We have a make-up masterclass by Jo Leversuch of Make Up By Jo and hair by James Reid, plus an all-day bridal gown parade. We will also be showcasing two tipis in the grounds of the museum, courtesy of TipiChic.

Former lawyer and bride to be Julia founded Brides Up North in 2010 with a chip on her shoulder. Astounded by the rapid growth of her blog and brand, Julia now manages Brides Up North’s online content alongside their busy wedding exhibition season, industry events and related commissions. And she’s always, always, got a new project on the go…
