We’re rounding off Tuesday with something lovely here on the blog with this super sugarey, super girly styled shoot, captured water-side in the Lake District.
As someone fairly new to the wedding industry (not that you’d know it), talented photographer Beth Sunners used this stunning styled shoot as an opportunity to show off the area in which she lives while collaborating with some of her top supplier friends and building her portfolio.
We love the pretty pastel tones, dreamy dresses and quaint backdrop, which all work together perfectly to create some gorgeous girly inspiration for all you brides-to-be.
To tell us more about the shoot’s concept and how she made it happen, we’ll hand you over to Beth. Enjoy!

beth says: My inspiration for this lakeside bridal shoot was to embrace the beauty around us, and to use one of the stunning locations in the area that I’m lucky enough to live in.
I decided on St Bega’s Church at Bassenthwaite, as I’d recently been to a wedding there, and it was just beautiful! The church is situated in a stunning location, on the edge of Bassenthwaite Lake. The building itself is a small, pretty church, with lots of charm, and so I wanted the styling for the shoot to convey a soft, feminine feel, but with a hint of fun.
