Things are pretty crazy behind the scenes here at Brides Up North Towers as we find ourselves in the full swing of our wonderful wedding fair season. It feels like there might be confetti and canapés in every orifice right now, and we’re not stopping yet! It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
This weekend, we are preparing to launch a brand new wedding venue to the Cheshire scene: the beautiful Stock Farm Wedding Barn. Box fresh, this brilliant barn wedding venue that forms part of the famous Tatton Estate is one not to be missed from your location low down. We are so excited to finally show it off!
We’ll be putting on a pop up mini wedding festival this Sunday 10th September 2017 from 11am till 3pm. As always, the event is free entry (we like spoiling you!) and packed to the rafters with the area’s best wedding day suppliers, from dream dresses to cute cakes. Whether you’ve got your venue sorted or not, this is a day full of fun and inspiration, with a distinctly boho vibe.
So, flower crowns at the ready once more, and we’ll see you at Stock!
We’re giving away up to 150 free Bride To Be media packs at the event, filled with glossy magazines and treats from Brides Up North. As demand is high, to pick up your VIP bag – and for FREE ENTRY – all you need to do is pre-register using the form for your venue of choice (you can register for more than one) found by clicking below. Only the bride need register for larger groups. While stocks last.

Well, its been an absolutely EPIC Spring season of luxury bridal events, all with our unique and fun-loving Brides Up North spin on ’em (our shows really are the best in the business!), but we’re not quite done just yet…
We’ve already told you about our UNVEILED Wedding Wonderland, taking place at Rockliffe Hall this weekend, but for you Yorkshire brides and grooms, we couldn’t end the season without one last festival-style hooray!
We’re extending the WEDFEST’17 ever so naughtily, with one more pop up wedding festival fair, this weekend at Bolton Abbey lakeside, in partnership with events experts Dine, with elegant canvas canopies – an aurora sailcloth marquee and two hat tipi – by our friends at Shades and Tipi Chic. THIS Sunday 4th June 2017, 11am till 3pm, FREE ENTRY for registered brides (one registration needed per vehicle),
The event has grown a little since we signed off on our artwork above, and we now have nearly 30 of Yorkshire’s finest suppliers in attendance, and every detail covered for your big day, all under our warm and weatherproof structures (so don’t mind if theres a spot of rain on the forecast… the pretty goes on!) in this area of absolutely stunning natural beauty, in the shade of the historic Abbey.
Occupying a superb position alongside the River Wharfe, this wonderful North Yorkshire location offers a fantastic combination of historic natural countryside setting with the most luxurious facilities. The marquee site provides the perfect place to take in the views of the spectacular Wharfe valley and the Abbey ruins, whilst watching the sun set over the river.
Dine have launched a number of exquisite marquee locations, all of them individual and offering you an exclusive setting to host your marquee celebration. If you have set your heart on a marquee wedding, but aren’t sure of the next steps, come along on Sunday to speak to their dedicated experts.
To pre-register for a FREE VIP Bride-To-Be Media Pack (stuffed with treats and glossy mags) and FREE ENTRY, fill in your details below. You can collect your VIP Bride-To-Be Media Pack upon entry to the Luxury Wedding Show. Only the bride need register for larger groups.

Last weekend we featured all the official images from #WEDSTIVAL16, our epic Brides Up North Wedding Festival at Capesthorne Hall, and told you about how you can get involved in our events this autumn and next spring. Click here to catch up.
Turns out though, that the fabulous Peace Wedding Photography weren’t the only ones doing a bit of snapping – it’s not what you know, it’s who you know y’see – and super talented friend of the wedding blog, Jonny Draper had been capturing the action on his trusty camera for us too.
We absolutely adore Jonny’s images of our amazing day in full swing (and he even had time for an impromptu photo shoot with LOVE Bridal Boutique’s stunning models too – what a backdrop for wedding photos!) as they remind us what a brilliant party it was! We couldn’t wait to share all the shots with you here.

We’ve just put our best ever season of Brides Up North events to bed for the summer (someone pop the prosecco!) and Brides Up North HQ is still buzzing from our final shows of the season, our much awaited – and absolutely epic – wedding festivals.
We’ve already shared our official images from #WEDSTOCK16 at Stockeld Park, Harrogate – click here to catch up – and now our official event photographers Peace Wedding Photography are back with all the images from our North West event, #WEDSTIVAL16, held at the magnificent Capesthorne Hall in collaboration with Shades and Big Chief Tipis.
If you are new to these pretty pages, let us explain a little… based on a hunch that the world might be ready for some massive, festival themed bridal events (we’d either had a lot of coffee or were smoking something strange that morning in the office!) the Brides Up North team set out on a bit of a mission: to bring the North the UK’s first large scale wedding festivals. Over a year in the planning, it turns out that the fabulous Northern wedding industry and our brilliant readers (that’s you) were about to get as (naturally!) high on the idea as we were!
60 plus of the area’s finest wedding industry suppliers at each event, big top wedding tents, tipi villages, bell tent honeymoon suites, arched wedding tents, Party Bales, Baleric inspired chill out areas, street food, a blow up pub (!), a Double Decker Bus bar, vintage caravans and campers, bloom bars, floral selfie backdrops, picnic areas, live bands, trapeze artists… we could go on… each event just felt like one huge wedding planning party. With Pimms. Pimms by the bucket-load.
We had such a blast that we’ve already set the dates for 2017 – #WEDSTOCK17 will take place at Stockeld Park on Sunday 7th May, 11am till 4pm and #WEDSTIVAL17 will take place at Capesthorne Hall on Sunday 21st May, 11am till 4pm. Get the dates in your diaries (and interested wedding suppliers should get in touch using the contact form below). Watch this space for a couple of other exciting dates too… North East, we mean you… and accept no imitations!
Exhibitors will be strictly limited by category and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We expect demand to be very high.
Discounts are available for block bookings with our other events. Get in touch for pricing, exhibitor info and to guarantee your place.
If you came, partied and wedding planned at our #WEDSTIVAL16 here are some official photographs to remind you that Brides Up North do wedding fairs differently.
