McQueen fit for a Princess?

Julia Braime

.

There is a VERY strong rumour doing the rounds in the wedding industry that Mr Oldfield is not in fact the designer laughing all the way to the bank this April (although he is probably still chuckling his way there all the same!)

.

Oh, noooo… not Oldfield, not Lepley and certainly not Ol’Queen Vivienne… then WHO?

.

Step forward Sarah Burton, 37, the late Alexander McQueen’s successor to the fashion house’s Creative Director throne.  Could it be?

Burton denies it and Clarence House isn’t saying much.

 McQueen McQueen

Not sure Brides Up North can see it happening, really…

.

.

Brides Up North likes Katie Middleton’s style!  She’s waited long enough to be a Princess, she’s heading straight for (Mc) Queen! There is no stopping this chick!

Watch this space to see if the rumours are true.

While the above images are wild and wacky, certainly not a gown fit for a future queen, you have to look at the skill and theatrical masterpieces they are.
I’m sure if she can make something like this, then she could whip up a wedding frock. Couldn’t she?

Coudn’t agree more Linda. I am so excited to see the finished product, and would actually welcome a more individual design rather than to see her playing it safe as we all expect that she will. The nation waits with baited breath! Thanks so much for your comment!
