Happy Wednesday everyone!  Don’t you just love a four day week?

I’m celebrating love on Brides up North today with a styled shoot sent in to me by friend of the wedding blog, Sally Thurrell Photography.  I love to feature collaborations between Northern wedding industry suppliers, and this one is just lovely, showcasing some rocking accessories.

Sally says: When asked if I’d be interested in doing a shoot with a vintage twist I jumped at the chance! Joanna from Tees Valley Weddings had rounded up a team of local suppliers from models to hair & make up to dress hire, and one sunny Sunday we all met up at the gorgeous venue, Whinstone View near Great Ayton, North Yorkshire to get cracking.

The venue has a semi permanent marquee in it’s grounds which became preparation central and dressing room, and we all went out into the surrounding gardens and lodges to shoot. There were models, hair and make-up products, clothes and accessories galore and we rushed to try and get through them all. There was a contemporary photographer on the shoot too, whereas I was shooting in a more alternative & film style (you can see his images on his blog).

I’d love to go into detail about how excellent everyone involved was to pull these amazing looks together but I’d be writing forever. It’s probably easier to look through the images and browse each supplier yourself!
