With less than a week’s worth of windows left to open on our advent calendars, Christmas spirits are sky high here at Brides Up North HQ as we gear up for Santa’s arrival.

As well as working hard this month, we’ve been shopping hard too, though purely to get gifts for our loved ones (honest!) and so today we are indulging in a little retail therapy focusing on the pressies we we’d most like to find under the tree come the 25th.

And if you’re still to complete your Christmas shopping, or you just fancy treating yourself, the following may just provide the extra inspiration you need.

A very Merry Christmas everyone!

Rachel’s wish list

Elsa Heels, now £76, from Charlotte Mills – The ultimate Christmas party shoe and the ultimate steal, given that these beauties are reduced from £220! Velvet, embellished and bejewelled there couldn’t be a better winter statement sandal, and they’re also available in lush navy and raspberry tones too!

Lightening Sweat Top, £55, from Hush – I don’t do Christmas jumpers I’m afraid but will gladly throw on this stylish sweat with my trusty Topshop skinnies for cosy pub visits with friends over the festive period!

Winter Candle, £60 from The White Company – Because nothing quite says Christmas like a White Company candle, particularly when it’s this uber festive fragrance of cinnamon notes, cloves and orange.

Wool Throw, £59, from CollardManson – A gem of a shop located in my home city of Sheffield, there are many an item I’d be delighted to find under the tree from CollardManson’s uber gorgeous collection, in particular a beautiful throw to snuggle up on the sofa under while watching The Holiday, Love Actually and the like.

Sabel Purse, £45, from Ted Baker – The perfect-size purse to slip into your party clutch, in the most beautiful shade of forest green, finished with chic tassel detail – yes please!

Prada La Femme L’eau, £65 from Boots – This wonderfully citrus floral fragrance is my current favourite scent when heading ‘out out’ and so my supplies are certainly going to need topping up for the upcoming festivities.

Rosa Mug, £16, from Oliver Bonas – It’s become a bit of a tradition for me to receive a new mug at Christmas and as I’m over the need for glasswear and crockery to match, I love an individual ceramic such as this to pretty-up my brews (and festive hot chocolates!)

Luxury Palette, £39, from Charlotte Tilbury – Adding The Golden Goddess palette of this with the dreamiest of bronze shades that will see me good for smoky eyes all the way through the party period!

Zora Scarf, now £30, from French Connection – Easily one of my biggest weaknesses – scarves. I have way more than I know what to do with but that doesn’t stop me wanting to add to my collection, especially when I spot a chunky knit, monochrome beauty such as this, and it’s half-price in the sale!

Chloe Nile Bag, £1,190, from MatchesFashion.com – Ok, so there’s less chance of Santa brining me this incredible arm-candy than getting through an episode of Made In Chelsea without any awkward silences – but a girl can dream, right?!

Julia’s wish list

Pointelle Fluffy Jumper, £119, from The White Company – Who doesn’t love a winter knit? This super fine cobweb-style jumper delivers on all the soft and cosy feels.

Blush Sequin Roll Neck Knit, now £49, from Mint Velvet – I’ve had my eye on this blushing beauty for a while now and the sale price has just dropped! It’s muted tones make it wearable in the New Year once we have tired of Christmas sparkle. If you CAN ever tire of Christmas sparkle…

Violet Black Suede Over The Knee Boots, now £159, from Kurt Geiger – These super sexy, yet comfy enough to wear all day over the knee boots go with everything from an LBD to chunky knits. I’ve already got them in grey, now these classic heels are on my wish list in black too.

UNVEILED – Our beautiful App for our glossy magazine UNVEILED is available to download (and subscribe to) from the App Store. Just search UNVEILED Magazine for hours of sofa scrolling. The perfect wedding planning night in.

Raspberry Lizard Print Passport Cover, £55, from Aspinal of London – I spotted this super luxe accessory case whilst doing some Insta-stalking and now I want one too! The option to add embossed initials just seals the deal.

Boucle A Line Skirt, £139, from Ted Baker – The 90s are back and this cute mini delivers on the ‘Cher from Clueless’ vibe perfectly with a dash of rainbow colour too.

Erborian Perfect Skin Cracker, £18, from Space NK – This is one cracker that I’d love to find on the Christmas table.

Lexi Twist Front Jumpsuit, now £129, from Whistles – Sleek and stylish with a sexy cut out, this jumpsuit delivers for almost any formal occasion and is roomy enough for some daring dance moves too.

Zuki x Soap & Glory ‘Bubble Act’, now £30, from Soap & Glory – This mega tin is full to the brim of beautiful bubbles and other treats. The stylish packaging will pop in my bathroom whilst I’m enjoying some long leisurely soaks. Double the lovely.

Chic & Cushy Linear Pom Earrings, £29, from Kate Spade – Fluffy pink poms with subtle sparkle. Too gorgeous to only get an outing on special occasions.
