So, I have a little something to share with you all this afternoon. I’m feeling super proud of myself having lost 15 inches all over (and a dress size!) so far on the Brides Up North Bootcamp plan with Jenny Cromack of Motive 8 North.

A whole year of juggling life as a lawyer and a wedding blogger had quite visibly taken it’s toll – very (very) late nights at my computer plus very bad food as a result of having little time to prepare food or cook properly had left me feeling bloated and sluggish, with bad skin and lank hair too. Not the most attractive newlywed then! But fast forward six weeks and it’s been really hard work, but I am feeling fit and fabulous right now and very happy in my own skin, which I think is the main thing. Big smiles all round. Ms Cromack is fun, fabulous and has got me back on the right track. I actually love her a little bit.
